When you email TNH Transport Inc., you may provide your name, organization, email address, delivery location, product specifications, order details, and related business correspondence. Please provide only the information needed for your inquiry or transaction. Do not send payment card information, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or classified, controlled, or sensitive government information.

2. How this website works

This website has no customer accounts or checkout. Its website code does not set marketing cookies or embed advertising trackers. The quote-request builder runs in your browser and prepares an email draft. Information entered into it is not automatically transmitted to TNH or saved by this site. You decide whether to send the draft through your email provider. Email providers and hosting providers process information under their own policies.

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and server logs for delivery, security, or diagnostics. Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery and may process technical request data for security and operation of the site. Website code does not embed third-party analytics.

3. How information is used & shared

We use business information to respond to inquiries, source products, prepare quotes, coordinate orders and delivery, provide customer support, resolve issues, maintain business records, and address legal or security requirements.

Relevant information may be shared with manufacturers, distributors, freight providers, qualified subcontractors, payment providers when applicable, professional advisers, and other service providers when needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

4. Retention & security

We retain records as reasonably needed for the inquiry, commercial relationship, accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect business information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This website is not a secure channel for confidential procurement records.

Do not transmit payment credentials by email. Any payment collection offered for an accepted order occurs through a separate designated payment provider, not this website.
