Our general approach to quotes, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds. Review your accepted quote or contract for any order-specific terms.
1. Quotes, pricing & order acceptance
TNH Transport Inc. provides products and selected services on a quote basis. Pricing is in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise. Quotes identify the product or service, quantity, scope, price, applicable freight and taxes, payment terms, estimated lead time, and any special-order conditions.
A quote request does not create an order, reserve inventory, authorize a charge, or guarantee availability. An order is accepted only after written confirmation by TNH or execution of the applicable agreement. Accepted contract terms control where they differ from these general policies, subject to applicable law.
2. Shipping & delivery
We review product-delivery requests within the United States. Availability for a specific destination, including Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or locations with special receiving requirements, must be confirmed in the quote. International delivery is not offered through this website.
Products may ship directly from manufacturers or distributors by parcel carrier or freight service. Shipping methods, estimated dispatch and transit times, and shipping charges are provided before order acceptance. Freight is included only when the quote expressly says so.
Lead times vary by item and supplier availability; there is no universal dispatch or delivery guarantee. Any delivery commitment must appear in the accepted written agreement. We communicate material changes when we become aware of them. Inside delivery, liftgate service, scheduled appointments, assembly, and installation are not included unless expressly agreed; assembly and installation are not part of our standard offering.
3. Damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing goods
Inspect shipments when received and notify tnhcor@gmail.com promptly about visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items. Include the order reference, a description, and photographs where available. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
We coordinate an appropriate correction, replacement, return, or refund under the accepted order and applicable requirements. For confirmed shipping damage, defects, or fulfillment errors for which TNH is responsible, we arrange the necessary return shipping without charging the customer. Any manufacturer warranty and claim procedure are identified with the quoted product. No additional blanket warranty is represented on this website.
4. Return eligibility & process
Orders are sourced individually. Return eligibility, the return-request deadline, and any restocking charges are specified in the written quote or agreement before purchase. A change-of-mind return is accepted only when the agreed order terms allow it and TNH provides written return authorization. Unless those terms state otherwise, an authorized return must be unused, complete, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us before ordering when return flexibility is required.
Customized, special-order, made-to-order, opened hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise nonreturnable items may have different return restrictions, but those restrictions must be disclosed before order acceptance. Such restrictions do not eliminate remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods under the accepted agreement or applicable law.
Email tnhcor@gmail.com with the order reference, items, quantities, and reason for return. Obtain written return authorization and the correct return destination before shipping. Do not send returns to our mailing address without instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original delivery charges are generally not refundable after successful delivery, except where required or where TNH is responsible for an error. A restocking fee applies only when disclosed and accepted in writing before purchase.
5. Cancellations & changes
Send cancellation or change requests to tnhcor@gmail.com as soon as possible. Requests are effective only when confirmed in writing.
Orders cancelled before a supplier commitment, shipment, customization, or service performance receive a full refund of the payment for the cancelled portion. After such commitments, any nonrecoverable costs or cancellation charges must be supported by the terms disclosed and accepted before purchase; there are no undisclosed cancellation fees.
If TNH cannot fulfill an accepted order, we offer an available alternative for your approval or refund payments for the unfulfilled portion. No substitution is made without agreement. This website offers no subscriptions or automatic recurring billing.
6. Refunds & issue resolution
Refunds are issued for approved returns, eligible cancellations, confirmed overpayments, or goods or services that TNH cannot fulfill, as applicable. For returns, approval follows receipt and inspection of the authorized return. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where available. The applicable processing timeframe is disclosed in the written order terms before payment and confirmed with the refund authorization; financial institutions may take additional time to post a credit. Any applicable legal refund deadline takes precedence.
For an invoice or order concern, email tnhcor@gmail.com with the order reference and a description so we can investigate. Contacting TNH does not limit any rights available through your financial institution, accepted contract, or applicable law.
7. Service scope & payment information
Selected subcontracted services require a written scope identifying deliverables, scheduling, pricing, acceptance criteria, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms before work begins. No project outcome or service availability is guaranteed by a website inquiry.
This website does not collect payment card information or accept online payments. Any payment instructions are provided through the accepted order or invoice process. Do not email card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials. If electronic payment is offered for an accepted transaction, payment details are entered through the designated payment provider’s secure payment page, not this website.
8. Restrictions & questions
Products and services are offered only where lawful and appropriate for the agreed transaction. We do not offer regulated weapons, controlled substances, or restricted hazardous goods through this website. Any item-specific purchasing, end-use, or shipment restrictions must be disclosed and addressed before acceptance.
